Outline of Research at the Start	全身性強皮症(SSc)は皮膚、血管、肺などの線維化を特徴とする疾患であり、有効な治療法は未だ少ない。Regnase-1は炎症のブレーキ役として知られているが、SScにおける役割は明らかではない。皮膚特異的Reganse-1ノックアウトマウスを用いて、薬剤誘発強皮症モデルを作成し、SScにおけるRegnase-1の役割を解明する。本研究により病態の理解や新たな治療法開発へ繋がることが期待される。
