Outline of Research at the Start

これまで、血液疾患の根治治療として造血幹細胞移植が実施されてきた。造血幹細胞移植では充分量の造血幹細胞を移植することが肝要であるが、臨床現場では、その確保が必ずしも可能とは限らない。そこで、本研究では、造血幹細胞数の補填目的に、申請者のグループが独自開発したレポーターシステムを用いて、新規体外培養技術の開発を目指す。
