Outline of Research at the Start

We aim to establish a novel ex vivo culture system to enrich/expand lymphoid-biased HSCs by modulation of the amino acid concentration in the culture medium, and to elucidate the molecular mechanisms behind it. This study is expected to overcome the limitation of HSCs transplantation.
