Outline of Research at the Start	WP1．解析対象となる患者の参加登録+WP2．先天性TTP患者のVWF関連マーカーの解析/申請者が所属する奈良県立医科大学輸血部において、TTPレジストリー研究を適切な研究倫理指針に則って実施中である。WP2の内容はレジストリー研究内に包括されており、各主治医と連携しつつ試料の回収と解析を行う。 WP3．先天性TTP患者のVWFプロテアーゼの網羅的解析/WP3の内容は現在奈良県立医科大学の医の倫理委員会への申請を予定しており、承認後に関連施設への参加を呼び掛ける。 WP4．先天性TTP患者のFFP依存性と腸内細菌フローラの評価/WP4の内容は現在奈良県立医科大学の医の倫理委員会で審査中である。
