Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では白血病を研究対象とする。薬剤ストレスによって誘導されるRPIに着目する新たな切り口から、治療耐性機序を解明することが本研究の目標である。この目標を達成するため、以下の3つの計画を軸に研究を展開する。 A.薬剤治療中に白血病細胞内で誘導されるRPIの解析 B.CRISPR/Cas13（Cas13）応用技術を用いた、RPI誘導メカニズムの解明 C.RNA結合蛋白質（RBP）を対象とした新規治療標的の探索本研究の達成によって、治療耐性を克服する新たな治療法の確立が期待される。
