Outline of Research at the Start

IBMFS患者に対するフォローアップ体制の明確なガイドラインは国内外含めて存在せず、主治医の裁量で日常診療が行われている。本研究は、一部のIBMFS患者に認めるクローン性造血をサーベイランスし、その臨床的意義や分子基盤を明らかにし、フォローアップ体制の構築に必要な知見を収集し、ガイドライン策定に有用な根拠が得られることが期待される。
