Outline of Research at the Start

我々の大規模健常者コホート研究では，喫煙が血清IgG4上昇の独立した危険因子であることが明らかとなった.本研究の目的はIgG4-RDにおける喫煙の役割を多次元的に解析し，IgG4-RD発症の機序解明と予防法確立の礎を築くことである.本研究は，①血清IgG4高値健常者はIgG4-RDを発症するのか，②喫煙がIgG4-RDを誘発する機序は何かを命題に，喫煙がIgG4-RD発症に関与することを実証する.
