Outline of Research at the Start

Non-CFBEの主要な背景疾患であるNTM-PDは本邦で増加傾向にある。近年、16S rRNAシーケンシングを用いた気道検体のマイクロバイオーム解析が注目され、non-CFBEの領域においてもマイクロバイオーム関連指標が臨床指標と関連する可能性が示唆されている。本研究では、NTM-PDの有無に着目し、呼吸器系及び腸内マイクロバイオームの統合的な解析を進めていく。気道検体及び便検体の経時的な採取と16S rRNA解析を通じて、マイクロバイオーム関連指標に立脚したNTM-PDの病態解明、治療の最適化、予後改善へ向けた新たなデータを構築する。
