Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、シングルセルRNAシークエンシング解析技術を活用し、モデルマウス脳内に移植されたオリゴデンドロサイト前駆細胞が、脳内で髄鞘形成細胞に分化するまでの多段階の分化状態をin vivoで明らかにする。さらに、それぞれの段階で特異的に機能する遺伝子群を解析することで、移植細胞が高率に髄鞘化を達成するためにどのような分子制御が必要かを明らかにし、根治的な髄鞘再生医療実現のための基礎的資料を築く。
