Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、消化器癌の治療抵抗性の克服を目的とし、より効果的な治療法の開発を目指しています。癌細胞とそれを取り巻く免疫細胞の相互作用に焦点を当て、癌の成長や治療への応答に影響を与える因子を明らかにします。日常臨床で行われている免疫組織学的染色を中心に、最先端のシーケンシング技術を含む網羅的な遺伝子解析を行い、癌組織の病勢増悪に関わる詳細なプロファイルの作成を目指します。これにより、新しい治療標的を同定し、消化器癌に対する新規の個別化治療戦略の開発につなげることを目指します。
