Outline of Research at the Start	外科治療の発達と内科管理の向上により先天性心疾患患者の多くが成人に達するようになった。このため成人先天性心疾患(ACHD)の診療体制拡充は喫緊の課題であるが、現時点では、限られた専門医のみでACHDに対する診療を行っており、その診療体制は極めて脆弱である。この原因として、多くの循環器内科医・臨床検査技師におけるACHDの心エコー図検査技術・知識の不足が挙げられる。申請者らは、ACHD専用心エコー図検査トレーニングシステムを確立し、熊本県におけるACHD 診療を強化し、他地域でも応用可能なACHD診療体制構築のロードマップを作成する。
