Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、なぜ自己の細胞を用いた再生気管軟骨が軟性化してしまうのか解明を目指す。具体的な研究項目は、1.培養軟骨細胞シートを作製し、細胞外マトリックスを保持した状態で PGA(ポリグリコール酸)シートに貼ることにより強度のある再生気管を作製する。2.移植は従来のように再生気管の全周性の移植ではなく、膜様部を残した状態で、どの程度までの気管壁欠損ならば移植した培養軟骨細胞シートが脆弱化しないかの比較検討を行う。
