Outline of Research at the Start	近年、ドナー肺のミトコンドリア障害抑制が肺移植後成績向上に繋がる可能性が指摘されている。心移植分野で報告されているセノリティックドラッグによる老化細胞除去治療(セノリティックセラピー)の肺移植における有用性を検討し、ドナー肺の新規セノリティックセラピーを開発する。具体的には、マウス同所性肺移植を用いてセノリティックセラピーがミトコンドリア障害の抑制が可能か、またその際の移植グラフト機能およびPGDとの関連性を解析する。
