Outline of Research at the Start	本研究の目的は、ラット肺移植モデルにおける肺虚血再灌流障害とToll-like receptor4（TLR4）経路活性を経時的変化に評価すること、及びTLR4経路の制御によるLIRIに対する新規治療法を確立することである。従来的な経静脈的全身投与法と肺体外循環法を用いてTLR4経路阻害薬を投与し、LIRIの緩和効果を比較・評価する。TLR4経路は急性肺障害や他の固形臓器再灌流障害でも重要な経路であることが知られており、本研究で得られた知見を臓器横断的に応用することも期待できる。
