Outline of Research at the Start

全身麻酔中に脳波はさまざまに変化する。この脳波変化の定量は、麻酔深度を推測したり術後せん妄を予測したりと、臨床的な意義が示されてきている。しかし脳波変化には個人差があり、麻酔薬により変化に違いがあるため検査としての診断制度が不十分である。前頭部脳波のビッグデータ分析と、全頭脳波測定を併用しこの問題を解決することを計画した。
