Outline of Research at the Start	一次知覚神経におけるMORが痛覚プライミングに果たす役割を明らかにし、術後痛を慢性化させる分子メカニズムを解明するとともに、末梢性MOR拮抗薬PAMORAのオピオイド誘発術後慢性痛に対する予防効果を検証する。また、μ-オピオイド受容体（MOR）を制御するG蛋白共役型受容体キナーゼ（GRK）2は鎮痛伝達を制御し鎮痛作用を有する。本研究では、モルヒネ誘発術後慢性痛モデルの病態をGRK2に着目して解析する。
