Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、(1)心肺停止患者におけるミトコンドリア動態をDNA/RNA解析（ゲノム/トランスクプリトーム）により評価する。(2)心肺停止患者と重症急性期疾患におけるミトコンドリア動態をDNA/RNA解析で比較し、疾患毎の違いを評価する。これにより、心肺停止症例におけるミトコンドリア動態の違いや特徴を明らかにする。
