Outline of Research at the Start

モデル作成を行うために一酸化炭素（CO）混合ガスによる気腹の安全性を確認し、ラットの腸管を摩擦しすることで手術操作による腸管炎症を引き起こす。モデルが完成すればCO含有気腹の効果判定を行い、治療効果が認められれば有効である最小CO濃度を見出ため、CO濃度を調整したガスを用いる。また、COの効果発現の分子生物学的機序を解明する。
