Outline of Research at the Start

ウマ免疫グロブリンを精製したウマ抗毒素を用いた血清療法の長年の課題は、生体内で抗ウマ免疫グロブリン抗体が産生されることによる血清病とアナフィラキシーの発症である。本研究では、細菌産生脂質マイコラクトンの抗体産生抑制作用を利用し、血清療法の副作用予防法を確立することを目指す。
本研究によって、重要な救命医療である血清療法の副作用を予防する新たなアプローチを提示する。
