Outline of Research at the Start	脳脊髄液減少症の診断法として『CSF refill test』、漏出部位診断法として『Overflow leak test』を発案してそれぞれに特定臨床研究などを行い、その安全性、有効性をすでに確認した。『CSF refill test』は脳脊髄液の不足を10ｍL髄注して補充することで診断し、『Overflow leak test』は20ｍL髄注して漏れを強調して漏出部位を特定する。髄注する量は初期設定であり、最適量はまだ不明である。本研究では『CSF refill test』は20ｍL、『Overflow leak test』は30ｍLの条件で新たに特定臨床研究を行い最適量の検証を試みる。
