Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、脊椎疾患の実臨床において移動能力評価の代表的試験であるTimed Up ＆ Go Test (TUG)をKINECTによるマーカーレスモーションキャプチャーによって解析し、全体の所要時間のみならず複合的な動きの各種パラメータを、①健常者と歩行障害患者、②頚椎疾患と腰椎疾患、③立位バランスの損なわれた脊柱変形と単純な脊柱管狭窄、④各疾患に対する手術治療前後の比較を通じて疾患の鑑別・評価に有用であるかを明らかにする。
