Outline of Research at the Start	寛骨臼形成不全は変形性股関節症の原因となり、治療法として寛骨臼骨切り術の良好な臨床成績が多数報告されている。一方で、center-edge角が18-25°または20-25°と定義される境界型寛骨臼形成不全が近年注目されており、この病態に対しての治療法については議論が存在する。境界型寛骨臼形成不全が、寛骨臼形成不全や非寛骨臼形成不全と比較し、寛骨臼応力分布にどのような違いがあるかを評価する事が手術法を決定する上で重要となる。当院にて寛骨臼骨切り術や股関節鏡視下手術を行った患者を対象に、術前CTから有限要素解析法を用いて、境界型寛骨臼形成不全の荷重応力分布を解明する事を目指す。
