Outline of Research at the Start

人工膝関節置換術術後に正常膝に近いキネマティクスを復元することは可能かという問いに対して、TKA術中に術前キネマティクスに応じた手技を介入することで術後のキネマティクスをコントロールする手術手技を確立することを目的とする。生体に近い軟部組織状態をもつThiel固定の献体膝を使用し、①ナビゲーションシステムにより術中に膝関節の術前キネマティクスを算出、②キネマティクスを規定する因子を明らかにする。③術前キネマティクスのタイプ別に術後の回旋・前後運動のキネマティクスの双方を改善できる手技を明らかにする。本研究により、術前キネマティクスに応じた最適な手技を選択肢することが可能となることが期待される。
