Outline of Research at the Start

診断・治療の進歩に伴い、過去には末期がん状態として治療対象とならなかった骨転移を有するがんサバイバーが増加している。そのため、生活の質を下げる骨折・麻痺をきたす前に骨転移を診断し、日常生活に悪影響を与えないよう積極的な治療介入を行う事が求められる。本研究では、低侵襲かつ早期に診断可能な骨転移バイオマーカーの開発を目的とし、骨転移を有しながらも生活の質を下げることなく積極的治療を継続して、がん患者の予後改善に貢献することを目指す。
