Outline of Research at the Start	近年、腫瘍循環DNA（ctDNA）を用いた病型診断が実用化され、癌が持つ体細胞性変異を評価することで、患者一人一人に合ったプレシジョン医療が実現可能となった。申請者は、癌が獲得した体細胞性変異由来の変異タンパク質として検出する方法を確立し、ならびに、細胞株由来の細胞外小胞（エクソソーム）から変異タンパク質を同定することに成功した。この独自の方法を基に、腎細胞癌組織に発現する変異タンパク質の同定および発現プロファイルの解明、血中細胞外小胞内に発現する変異タンパク質の同定（令和7年度）、細胞外小胞内に発現する変異タンパク質の定量によるバイオマーカーとしての有用性の評価を実施する。
