Outline of Research at the Start

これまでの研究から、卵巣明細胞がん組織においてCAF(がん関連線維芽細胞)とがん細胞から形成されるプラチナ抵抗性ニッチ領域がみられることを見出している。
本研究では、がん細胞とCAFの共培養システムを用いて、プラチナ抵抗性ニッチの形成に関わるシグナル因子を明らかにする。さらに、そのシグナル因子を標的とした化合物を探索し、プラチナ抵抗性の克服につながる革新的な治療法を開発することを目指す。
