Outline of Research at the Start

帝王切開瘢痕症候群(CSDi)は帝王切開後に子宮切開部に陥凹を生じ、不正性器出血、月経困難症、不妊症などをきたす疾患である。CSDi発症予防という点において、どのような子宮縫合方法、縫合糸が最適なのかはわかっていない。本研究ではヒトと子宮形態が等しいカニクイザルにおいて、造影MRI（磁気共鳴画像診断）などを用いた帝王切開創部の子宮血流の経時的評価や、帝王切開創部の病理組織学的評価を行い、CSDiになりにくい縫合方法を検討する。
