Outline of Research at the Start	子宮体癌は網羅的遺伝子解析により、分子遺伝学的に4つのサブグループに分けられ、病理組織型は同じでもそれぞれ予後や有効な治療法も異なることがわかってきた。近年、放射線の画像データを遺伝情報と結び付けたRadiogenomicsという概念が注目され、他癌腫では治療に直結する遺伝子変異の有無を画像データから診断する試みが始まっている。本研究では、子宮体癌症例において、Radiogenomics解析を用いた子宮体癌の新しい分子遺伝学的分類診断法を確立し、子宮体癌再発症例において特徴的な画像所見や遺伝子情報の差異を解明することで、より個々に応じた子宮体癌治療の実現を目標とする。
