Outline of Research at the Start	本研究課題では加齢性難聴の病態において、妊娠中の母体に対するストレスである出生前ストレスによる、子孫における後天的なDNAの変化であるエピジェネティック変化の影響の解明を目的とし、妊娠した加齢性難聴モデルマウスC57BL/6と、より生理的な聴力経過のCBAマウスに既に確立された方法でストレス負荷し、出生前ストレスに曝露した子孫とコントロールの子孫を高齢まで長期解析する。これにより出生前ストレスのエピジェネティック変化を介した聴力プログラミングの仕組みを解明し、最終的に出生前ストレスの聴力プログラミングの解明と、加齢性難聴の新規先制予防医療の構築を目指す。
