Outline of Research at the Start	高齢化に伴い、嚥下機能評価の需要は急増している。嚥下機能評価の標準的検査には嚥下造影検査 (VF) と嚥下内視鏡検査（VE）があるが、どちらも結果の解釈にはトレーニングされた医師の存在が不可欠である。本研究は機械学習を用いて検査結果を自動解析し、その所見を生成AI、特に大規模言語モデル（LLM）を用いて出力するシステムの開発を目的とする。嚥下機能評価の標準化と自動化が達成されると、医師の不足・偏在や医療レベルの地域格差の解消が期待される。医師不足地域でも嚥下障害患者へ適切な介入が可能となれば、誤嚥性肺炎や不要な絶食・胃瘻依存の減少にも役立ち、患者QOL向上や医療費の削減に寄与すると予測される。
