Outline of Research at the Start

ペア型免疫受容体CD300ファミリーの活性化型CD300d3と抑制型CD300fとそれらのリガンド脂質に着目し、これらの受容体が急性・慢性アレルギー性鼻炎をどのように制御するかをマウスモデルで解析する。また、CD300d3やCD300fの脂質リガンドのリポソームを作製し、その点鼻が急性・慢性アレルギー性鼻炎に及ぼす作用を明らかにし、アレルギー性鼻炎の治療法開発の分子基盤を築く。
