Outline of Research at the Start	網膜静脈閉塞症(RVO: Retinal Vein Occlusion)の初診時に前房水を採取し、房水中の炎症性サイトカインや血管内皮増殖因子(VEGF: Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor)濃度を測定する。また、網膜血管の酸素飽和度の測定、網膜血管・網膜組織の血流測定を行う。前向きのデータ解析からRVOに対する病態評価・病態解明を行い、適切な治療レジメンを確立を目指す。またRVOモデルマウスを作製し、治療前後及び正常眼での前房水・硝子体中の炎症性サイトカイン、VEGF濃度の比較、循環動態の変化を調べることでRVOの病態機序を明らかにする。
