Outline of Research at the Start	手術後の縫合創離開や皮膚壊死によって創処置が長引き、入院や通院期間が長くなりやすい。創縁皮膚の血流低下が一つの要因と考えられるが、手術中に皮膚血流を客観的に評価する方法は乏しい。近赤外線を使ったlaser speckle flowgraphyにより皮膚血流を計測し、その結果をもとに術中に対処することで手術後の創縁壊死を回避できるのではないかと考えた。本研究では手術中に創縁皮膚の血液循環を可視化するシステムによって術後皮膚壊死との因果関係を解明するとともに予後予測につながることを目的としている。
