Outline of Research at the Start

This study provides an idea that combines skeletal stem cells, the Wnt signaling network, and macrophages in bone healing. We execute this idea using two Mφ ablation methods and mouse genetic approaches to explore the fate of skeletal stem cells and the activation of Wnt signaling within them.
