Outline of Research at the Start	骨内原発扁平上皮癌(PIOSCC)は最も発生頻度の高い歯原性癌腫であるが、ドライバーとなる遺伝子変異を含め、発癌に至るメカニズムに関する知見は乏しい。本研究では、PIOSCCの遺伝子変異と病理組織学的特徴とを相互に検討することによって、PIOSCCの発癌メカニズムの一端と予後予測因子を解明することを目的とする。本研究は、将来的にPIOSCCの遺伝子変異に基づく新規治療薬開発に結びつける為の基盤となり得る。
