Outline of Research at the Start	培養骨膜細胞シート移植による顎骨・歯槽骨再生治療において優れた臨床成績が確認されている。これまでの基礎研究から、シートの部位別における構成細胞の不均一性および細胞機能の不均質性が確認されているが、それらの違いが骨再生能に及ぼす影響については十分に検討されていない。本研究から骨再生能の細胞シート部位特異性が明らかとなることで、高効率な骨再生移植プロトコルの確立が可能となる。
