本申請研究では,「組織特異的 (顎骨,長管骨)な損傷や疾患に最も効果的な治療戦略の構築」を最終目的に,1細胞レベルで網羅的な遺伝子発現解析が可能なシングルセル解析を用いて,それぞれの組織特有の間葉系幹細胞および血管内皮細胞の構成と組織再生時の挙動を解析し,最適な組織再生のためのアプローチ方法を模索する.
