Outline of Research at the Start	咀嚼・嚥下・構音などの口腔機能の低下は、低栄養やサルコペニアを介してフレイルに連鎖する。さらに、サルコペニアやフレイルは、心疾患や脳血管疾患、糖尿病、転倒・骨折のリスク因子となる。しかしながら、口腔機能がフレイルやサルコペニアを介して、全身にどのように影響するかは、不明な点が多い。本研究課題では、多職種連携により口腔機能検査・身体機能検査・生理機能検査の縦断評価を行い、高齢者における口腔機能とフレイル・サルコペニアに加え、栄養状態および脳血管疾患や糖尿病などの全身状態とのより詳細な関連を検索することを目的とする。
