Outline of Research at the Start	生態学的瞬間評価（EMA: ecological momentary assessment）はスマートフォンベースのアプリケーションを利用しリアルタイムでブラキシズムを評価できる．デジタルトランスフォーメーションが進み，EMAによる評価は簡易的であり有効性に優れているといえる．しかし，最新の手法であることから詳細な評価規定が確立されているとは言い難い．そこで，本研究ではバイブレーション機能を備えたスマートウォッチおよび筋電計を利用して，覚醒時ブラキシズムに適したEMAの評価基準を確立することを目的とする．
