Outline of Research at the Start	頸部郭清術は口腔がんの頸部リンパ節転移に対して広く行われている手術である．原発巣とリンパ節転移制御の成績が向上してくるとともに，術後，温存筋の萎縮や頸部可動域低下，上肢の挙上障害などが問題とされるようになってきた. その対策として，可及的支配神経の保存や早期のリハビリテーションが行われているが，依然として改善の余地がある．そこで，本研究では頸部郭清術に関連する筋に対して加齢・炎症・萎縮に対する感受性の違いを，前脛骨筋を基準に比較検討を行う．
