Outline of Research at the Start

本研究ではまず①OPMDsの一つである慢性カンジダ症の診断にカンジダリシンとIL-17の検
知が有用かを検討する。最終的には慢性カンジダ症を含むすべてのOPMDsの悪性転化を予防
しうる治療法の開発を目指すため、慢性カンジダ症以外のOPMDs（白板症、口腔扁平苔癬等）におけるカンジダリシンとIL-17等のサイトカインの発現も検討する。②OPMDsの悪性転化をカンジダ症治療薬とIL-17阻害剤の併用が予防するかを動物実験、培養細胞実験をもとに調査し、さらに長期的展望として③OPMDsの悪性転化を予防する治療法としてのカンジダ症治療薬・IL-17阻害剤併用療法の臨床試験の研究計画立案を目指す。
