Outline of Research at the Start	早期口腔癌N0症例における後発頸部リンパ節転移は予後因子となり，その制御が極めて重要である．予防的頸部郭清術は侵襲が大きいため，近年海外ではセンチネルリンパ節生検が口腔癌にも導入されてきた．RI法を用いたセンチネルリンパ節生検は患者や医療者の放射線被爆や放射線管理区域の問題があったため，申請者はRIを用いないCTLやMRLによる新しいセンチネルリンパ節のマッピング法を考案してきた．本研究の目的は口腔癌の新しいセンチネルリンパ節マッピング法である「CTLやMRL」が標準的なマッピング法である「SPECT/CT」に対して非劣性であることを示すことで，RI法の代替手法を確立することである．
