Outline of Research at the Start	口腔扁平上皮がん（OSCC）では、腫瘍細胞の周囲環境である腫瘍微小環境(TME)が腫瘍への薬剤耐性に影響を及ぼしている。申請者の先行研究では、TMEのないin vitro２次元環境下のOSCCにはエピゲノム薬を奏功させたものの、TMEの存在するin vivo３次元環境下のOSCCでは薬剤抵抗性を示した。このように、TMEはエピジェネティクス機序に対しても抵抗性を示すがその詳細は不明である。本研究では、OSCCの腫瘍促進に関わるTMEの機能を３次元環境下で解明することを目的とし、OSCCとTMEのエピジェネティクス変化について網羅的解析を行う。
