Outline of Research at the Start	Slitrk1は神経細胞の軸索誘導を担い，多発性チックが主症状であるトゥレット症候群の原因遺伝子の一つである．Slitrk1の全身性ノックアウトマウスでは交感神経系が亢進し，予備解析から体重と脂肪形成の遺伝子発現が減少していたことから，Slitrk1はエネルギー代謝を担っている可能性がある．本研究ではエネルギーを貯蔵する白色脂肪細胞とエネルギーを消費する骨格筋および褐色脂肪細胞に発現するSlitrk1の機能を解析する．
