Outline of Research at the Start

研究1として口腔状態とメタボロームとの関連を検討する(2024年度)。(1)口腔状態の違いによってメタボロームの組成が異なるのか、(2)歯の本数や補綴装置等による口腔状態の変化、歯周疾患の改善や悪化などの変化によりメタボロームの組成が変化するのかを検討する。
研究2として口腔と認知症・糖尿病・肥満との関連のメカニズムを検討する(2025～2026年度)。口腔状態によって、食物摂取状況や生体活動に伴う代謝状況が異なるのか、それが全身疾患に影響を及ぼしているか検討し、口腔状態と認知機能低下や代謝性疾患との関連にどのような代謝経路が媒介要因として関連しているのかを因果媒介分析などの手法で解析する。
