Outline of Research at the Start	がん口腔支持医療は、治療完遂支援、QOL維持のための重要な介入として一定のコンセンサスを得ているが、施設や医療者ごとに質に差がある。特に、口腔環境維持のための口腔セルフケアは、基本となる重要な手技であるが、がん患者に特有の問題として、病期や有害事象の影響、身体・心理社会的要因が質の差を大きくする要因であることが示唆されている。しかし、網羅的な因子検討は行われておらず、口腔セルフケアの臨床実装が阻害されている。本研究の目的は、実装科学の手法を用いて実態調査を行うことで、がん患者の口腔セルフケアの促進・阻害因子を明らかにし、口腔セルフケアの均霑化と実装のための手法を開発することである。
