Outline of Research at the Start	診察や採血など様々な医行為の教育は、卒前・卒後教育の中心的な課題である。しかし、医学生の医行為は実施状況も習得レベルも不十分であり、要因として、１（患者側）受入れ不足や安全性への不安など、２（指導医側）実施許可の判断が困難であるなど、が指摘されている。申請者はすでに１「患者側の要因」を調査し、医学生の能力や価値観に関する市民・患者の認識が、医学生への信頼と医行為の受入れに大きく影響することを明らかにした。そこで本研究では２「指導医側の要因」に着目し、医学生の能力や価値観に関する指導医の認識と、医学生を信頼して医行為の実施を許可することの関連性を調査する。
