Outline of Research at the Start

医師の基本的診療能力の習得には、ベッドサイド教育が欠かせないと古くから認識されてきた。令和4年に改訂された医学教育モデル・コア・カリキュラムで臨床実習は見学型から診療参加型に変更された。しかし、診療への参加が実際に診療能力向上に結びつくかどうかは十分に検証されているとは言い難い。そこで本研究では、医学生が臨床実習で担当する患者のベッドサイドで過ごした時間や聴診器を動かした時間をRFID (radiofrequency identifier)で自動計測するとともに、卒後臨床研修の評価尺度のひとつである基本的臨床能力評価試験を活用し、医学生の診療参加が基本的診療能力の向上につながるかを検証する。
