「日本の高齢がんサバイバーの価値観や好みにはどのような文化的特徴があるか？」「必要とするサポートや情報にはどのような社会的特徴があるか？」「身体的・心理社会的問題に対して高齢者機能評価をどのように活用するか？」を、スコーピングレビュー、インタビュー調査、アンケート調査により明らかにし、日本の高齢がんサバイバーの価値観や好み、必要なサポートや情報に即したサバイバーシップケアプランの構成要素を同定し、高齢者機能評価など新たな構成要素を組み込んだ、わが国独自の高齢がんサバイバーシップケアプランを開発する。
