Outline of Research at the Start

中心静脈穿刺は、致死的合併症が生じ得るリスクの高い医療行為ですが、超音波装置を用いた中心静脈穿刺が普及し、合併症発生率は低下している。超音波装置を使用した静脈穿刺には、超音波画面を見ながら穿刺することが物理的に困難である点や超音波装置自体の不慣れな点も含め課題がある。超音波画像の利点や欠点を経験の浅い医師、学生、看護師にわかりやすく理解させ、静脈穿刺が確実にできる教育システムを構築することで、より正確かつ安全に穿刺できると考えた。本研究では、より正確かつ安全な超音波による穿刺法を確立することを目的に、中心静脈や末梢静脈穿刺の経験が少ない医師、医学生、看護師を対象する教育システムを構築する。
